What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a personal one on one fitness service provided to ALL, to guide and support individuals through their health or fitness journeys. My expertise areas are weight loss, sports specific training, short or long distance running, resistance – cardio circuits, boxing, kettle bells and yoga.

Small Group Training

What is group training?

I can match like – minded people of similar fitness levels to partake in fitness training together. The training is done as a small group.  Whether its a bunch of friends, work colleagues or even a group of siblings, I will provide a fun and challenging group fitness class. An increase in metabolism, lean tissue gain,  fat loss, strength and aerobic fitness will all be achieved using a variety of equipment including kettle bells, weights, ropes, bands, and bodyweight exercises.  Group training reduces the costs and the price is shared equally between the group.

* Sessions are short and intense.  Duration is 45 minutes.
