We have worked with a wide variety of clients including pre/post natal, elite athletes, people looking for general health, weight loss / gain, clients with osteoporosis / diabetes / coronary artery disease / high blood pressure and individuals post surgery. This is accomplished through a personalised programme which can incorporate any of the following three areas:

• Personal Training
• Nutritional Consultation / Information
• Life Coaching

We believe that all three are equally important; however, we can also design programmes which include any combination of the above.

In addition we also link with a number of industry specialists including injury rehabilitators; sports massage therapists; holistic therapists and acceleration training specialists.

A brief description of each of our three key specialisations:

Personal Training: Personal training is a fantastic way of you experiencing guaranteed results from your exercise plan. Personal training is the difference between you exercising and maybe achieving your goals & exercising and definitely achieving your goals. Our team of certified personal trainers will assist you in scheduling a realistic timetable which will help you be the best you can be.

Nutritional Consultations: Our qualified nutritionists can assist you by advising on how you can improve your eating behaviours as part of your new, healthier lifestyle. Providing you with the tools you will need to design your own eating plans, our nutritionists can help educate you on how to read food labels, how to balance your eating with your lifestyle and how to make healthy choices when out and about.

Life Coaching: Life coaching is a process to assist you in lifestyle behaviour changes. As the coach discusses your lifestyle difficulties with you, the answers will become apparent and the coach will then help you establish a route to improving the areas you have discovered. We believe this is as essential in a total wellness programme as getting your eating and exercise behaviours correct. Your mind requires training as much as your body.
